Payment in part or in full is considered as agreement to the following terms and conditions:

A credit card will be required to reserve a room. If you are unable to provide credit card details to guarantee your booking then a deposit (personal cheque) of 25% of the total invoice total will be required at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival. No charge will be made to your credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy.

• For reservations of 1-3 nights, written notice of cancellation must be received at least 48 hours prior to 09:00am on the first day of your stay.
• For reservations of 4-6 nights, written notice of cancellation must be received at least 72 hours prior to 09:00am on the first day of your stay
• For reservations of 7 nights or longer, written notice of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to the first day of your stay
  
  

  If written notice (letter, email or fax) is received within the timescales detailed above, no charges will be made. If the required notice is not given, you will be responsible for the full rental fee as detailed in your confirmation of reservation. If we are able to re-let the room for the period of your booking then we will not charge for the period we are able to re-let.

• Schooner Landing B&B and Cottage reserves the right to cancel any or part of a stay and will give as much notice as possible. Cancellation due to reasons beyond our control will result in a credit for any unused portion of the stay. This refund will be issued within 30 days.
• Guests choosing to depart prior to stay completion will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
• Guests are bound by scheduled arrival and departure times. 'No shows' will forfeit the entire cost of the booking. If a guest is late, for any reason whatsoever, they will be responsible for the entire cost of missed days.

We recommend that our guests purchase cancellation/travel insurance to protect their deposit when booking for periods of 1 week or more.
